An esxi host of our pool has crashed. We are investigating the effects on the services.
the processing of documents has failed because the licensing service has been unreachable between 12:48 to 13:15. It affects +- 500 documents.
some backend servers have rebooted and the availability of certain services may have been interrupted.
13:26 - All services should be restored. The faulty host is in maintenance for now. We are looking to fix the source of the crash.
14:00 - the esxi host has been patched for the identified issue.
