Around 11:30 we have noticed an abnormal behavior of queued jobs in our digitalization platform. Documents sent to the OCR or distributed using our "Mail to" feature could take a long time to be handled.
After an analysis of our components we have identified the source of the issue. To mitigate it we have temporarily disabled all websocket notifications.
All queued items have been resorbed around 13:00 and the queue is now consumed in real time without delay.
