An issue with our Email service provider has been identified. The delivery of emails may take an abnormal amout of time (over 1 hour). A support ticket has been opened.
Progress:
- between 10:00 and 14:45, the issue has happened at an increasing pace
- around 14:45 our supplier has mitigated the issue
- we still notice few deferred emails now but the occurences are much lower (20 by hour compared to 10 000 deferred events at its peak)
- 06/12 08:30 - we close this issue because there are no occurences for more than 12 hours.
