WinBooks Connect Performance issue on WinBooks Connect

Wednesday morning we have started to notice performance degradation on different components of WinBooks Connect. Distinct issues have been identified. Since yesterday we apply fixes on the different components to mitigate and resolve the issues.

Known issues:

  • some documents take much longer to be rendered
  • some documents never end the rendering
  • slow overal perfomances

Our last fixes have been rolled out during the morning. In addition all documents wrongly considered as "in progress" have been fixed.
