- 20:00 - we start the update as planned
- 20:16 - we are fixing the db upgrade that has failed.
- 20:33 - the db upgrade db is ok now.
- 20:43 - we still have another issue to fix.
- 21:23 - we do some last tests but the upgrade is done.
